Jayne M. Weinzetl, 74, of Corby
Boulevard, died at 3:49 p.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Medical
Center following an illness. Mrs. Weinzetl retired as a customer
service representative for the Cassady Neeser and Brasseur
Insurance Agency where she had been employed for many years. She
was born July 7, 1922 in South Bend and was a lifetime resident.
She was a devoted mother to her chilren, Karen Szabo of
Mishawaka, Kurt M., of South Bend and Bruce J. who preceded her
in death on May 6, 1990. She is also survived by three
grandchildren, Josh Reid of Mishawaka and Ryan and Kyle
Weinzetl of South Bend, her husband, John Weinzetl, of South
Bend, one brother, Robert P. Kuzmic of Fort Worth, Texas
and her best friend Karen Lynch with whom she lived. A
sister, Betty Frandolig preceded her in death. Mrs.
Weinzetl was a member of St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church and
was a former member and past president of the National
Association of Insurance Women.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m.
Tuesday in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church with burial
following at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may
call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521
N. William St. where a wake prayer service will be held at 7:30
p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the
donor's choice.
