Mrs. Ouida M. Weinkauf, 78, of Kalamazoo, Mich., formerly of Mishawaka, died at 7 a.m. Thursday in Lakeview Hospital, Paw Paw, Mich., following and illness of two years.
She was born in South Bend on May 6, 1890, and had lived in Mishawaka from 1930 to 1959 when she moved to Kalamazoo.
As Ouida Dumont, she married August P. Weinkauf in South Bend on May 27, 1914. He died July 3, 1952. Surviving are two sons, August E. Weinkauf of Kalamazoo, and Dumont J. Weinkauf of Mishawaka; two daughters, Mrs. John (Anna Mae) Maggert of Mishawaka, and Mrs. Albert (Theresa) Head of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother, Russell Dumont of South Bend; three sisters, Mrs. Olli Olson, Mrs. Homer Kelver and Mrs. Frank Anson all of South Bend, and nine grandchildren. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Friday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel where arrangements are being completed.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Monicas Church for Mrs. Ouida M. Weinkauf, 78, of Kalamazoo, formerly of Mishawaka, who died Thursday. Rt. Rev. Msgr. Leo A. Hoffman, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
The rosary will be recited at 8:15 p.m. today in the Bubb Funeral Chapel where friends may call after 5 p.m.
