SOUTH BEND - Rosemarie ''Jingles'' Wawrzyniak, 70, of Warrick Street, died at 3:40 a.m. Saturday at Regency Place Nursing Home. Mrs. Wawrzyniak was born Aug. 9, 1925, in Niles, and was a lifelong area resident.

On June 7, 1947, in South Bend, as Rosemarie Mower, she married Fred P. Wawrzyniak. He survives with a daughter, Katherine Jones of South Bend; three sons, Michael, Andrew and Robert, all of South Bend; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Joan Daugherty of Valley Station, Ky. She was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church and a committee member of the food bank, funeral dinner and Christmas basket programs of the church.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home, where a wake service will be at 7:30 p.m.
