Olivia Violet Wassenhove was dead at birth at 1:14 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 7, in Memorial Hospital. She is the daughter of Kimberly Wassenhove and Aaron Thomas, both of South Bend, Ind. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Diana Wassenhove of South Bend, Paul and Debbie Wassenhove of South Bend; paternal grandparents, Anna Porter and Bernard Thomas, both of South Bend; her maternal great-grandmothers, Violet Opaczewski and Gloria Wassenhove, both of South Bend; and by two aunts, Amanda Spence and Tequilla Paige, both of South Bend.

Services for Olivia Wassenhove will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 11, in the Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend. Rev. Richard Laurick, CSC, chaplain of Memorial Hospital will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Tuesday in the Palmer Funeral Home.
