MORTUARY RECORD

Mrs. Gezella Wartha

Mrs. Gezella Wartha, aged 56, 818 East Calvert street, died Tuesday morning at 11: 20 o’clock.  She was born in Hungary, from where she came to this city 42 years ago.  Surviving are four children, John, Joseph, Catherine and Anna, all of this city, and two sisters, Mrs. M. M. Stranz and Mrs. G. P. Goetz.  The funeral will be held Friday morning at 9 o’clock at St. Matthews Roman Catholic church, Rev. T. J. Hammes officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove cemetery.

Note:  also called “Ella” - wife of Stephen Wartha, who died July 31, 1918
