SOUTH BEND - Wilbur M. Warner, 70, of 821 W. Angela Blvd., died Monday morning in Memorial Hospital of natural causes. Mr. Warner was employed by 1st Source Bank as operations auditor. He was born Sept. 15, 1923, in South Bend.

On Sept. 13, 1947, in Dowagiac, he married Ruth Palmer. She survives, with a daughter, Ruth Anne Horton of Macon, Ga.; and one granddaughter. A son, Wilbur M. III, died in 1950.

He was a veteran of World War II and member of Cathedral of St. James Episcopal Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the church. Cremation will take place with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Dowagiac. There will be no visitation. McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home, Dowagiac, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
