Mrs. Carroline J. Walters, 38, of 66333 Mulberry Road, Lakeville, died at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at home after a lengthy illness. She was born on March 25, 1944, in Sikeston, Mo., and lived in this area since 1954 coming from Missouri.
On August 24, 1963, in Lakeville, she
married Burl G. Walters. He survives with a daughter, September
Lynn Walters and a son, Forest Darren Walters, both at home; a
brother, Robert Benton Seagraves of Walkerton; her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. R. Seagraves of Portage, Mich.; her
paternal grandmother, Mrs. Lillian Seagraves Robinson of
Morley, Mo.; and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Maude McMillan
of Springfield, Mo.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Kern Road Mennonite
Church with Rev. Edwin F. Rempel, pastor, officiating. Burial
will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7
to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Palmer Memorial Chapel, Lakeville, and
an hour prior to services on Wednesday in the church.
She was a member of the church and a former
member of the Christian Women's Association of South Bend.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church.

illness, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Kern Road Mennonite
Church, of which she was a member. Rev. Edwin F. Rempel, pastor,
will officiate. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery.

the Palmer Memorial Chapel, Lakeville, and an hour prior to
services Wednesday in the church. Memorial contributions may be
