MISHAWAKA - Leona W. Wachs, 94, of Healthwin Hospital and Nursing Home, South Bend, formerly of Mishawaka, died Tuesday in the nursing home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday in Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, where a rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Ira C. Walls Sr.
