David Michael Wachowiak, 42, of South Bend, Ind., passed away at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, in his residence. He was born on May 7, 1960, in South Bend, to Edward and Gertrude (Machowiak) Wachowiak, who survive him. He is also survived by two daughters, Amanda and Stephanie Wachowiak, both of Elkhart, Ind.; a brother, Duane (Susan) Wachowiak of South Bend; and by a niece, Angela Wachowiak of South Bend. David belonged to Z.B. Falcons.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, April 29, in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, in the funeral home.
