MISHAWAKA – Services for Leonora Vollmer, 93. Of 1306 Eastbrook Drive, South Bend, who died Monday morning in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Our Redemer Lutheran Church, South Bend. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel.

She was retired from Uniroyal in 1959 after 15 years service. She was born Feb. 19, 1894 in Fort Loramie, Ohio. In Mishawaka as Leorna Beaver, she married Oscar J. Vollmer, who died in 1975. Suyrvivors include a daughter, Del Rodts of Beverly Hills, Fla; five sons, Charles and Ralph, both of South Bend, Elmer of Dowagac, Oscar R. of Mishawaka and William of New Carlisle; 23 grandchildsren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
