MISHAWAKA - Marguerite Vogler, 80, of Berkeley Circle, died at 9:15 a.m. today in Michiana Community Hospital, South Bend, after an illness. Mrs. Vogler operated a booth at Farmer's Market, South Bend, for 25 years. She was born March 11, 1914, in Clinton County, Ind., and lived in Mishawaka most of her life.
On Sept. 11, 1935, in Mishawaka, as Marguerite Ehresman, she married Henry H. Vogler. He died Aug. 5, 1981. She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Berta of South Bend and Kathy Vogler of Indianapolis; two sons, Robert of Denver and William of South Bend; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Opal Powell of Mishawaka. She was former president of the Rosary Society of St. Joseph Catholic Church, former president of Gamma Kappa Chapter of Sigma Alpha Sorority, and member of South Bend Central Alumni Association and Campfire Girls.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 3 p.m.
