SOUTH BEND - Helen L. Vargo, 94, died Feb. 6 in Carmel. Survivors include sisters, Elnora Schopp of Englewood, OH, Ruth Miller of South Bend; granddaughter, Jan (Milford) Neal; grandson, J. Vargo; and greet-grandchildren, Jake, Jyl and Lacey; niece, Sharon (Keith) Tice; nephews, Dean Miller and Greg Schopp; and grandniece, Kristine Tice. Services have already been held in the Leppert Mortuary, Smith Carmel Chapel. Memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association or Special Olympics of Hamilton county.
