Anna T. Van Wanzeele (Aug. 10, 1920 -- March 2, 2006)

Anna T. Van Wanzeele, 85, of New Carlisle, passed away at 3:47 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2006, in Memorial Hospital.

Anna was born on August 10, 1920, to Joseph and Anna (Nagy) Gerencser Sr. Preceding her in death were her parents; daughter, Carol Ferris in 1989; and five brothers and two sisters.

Anna is survived by her son, Lee (Carolyn) of Lakeville; and grandchildren, Craig Ferris of South Bend and Lisa Pearson of Chesterton, Ind.

Anna retired form South Bend Toy in 1986.

A graveside service will take place on Monday, March 6 at 2 p.m. at Sacred Heart Cemetery, South Bend. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend, is assisting the family with arrangements.
