SOUTH BEND - Dolores ''Dee'' Denning Vanderbosch, 60, of Charlotte, N.C., formerly of South Bend, died Friday in her home following an illness.

Mrs. Vanderbosch was born Aug. 21, 1934 in South Bend. She married Philip A. ''Dutch'' Vanderbosch. He survives with a daughter, Kathy Vanderbosch Grogan of Mount Pleasant, S.C.: three sons, Mark of Pompano Beach, Fla., David of Columbia, S.C., and Philip J. of Charlotte; two grandchildren; a sister, Mary Harrises of Manchester, N.H.; and two brothers, Thomas Denning of Mishawaka, and Donald Denning of South Bend. She was a graduate of Saint Joseph's Academy in South Bend.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Saint Gabriel's Catholic Church, Charlotte. Harry and Bryant Co., Charlotte, is in charge of arrangements.
