SOUTH BEND Adolph D Van
Vanderbosch, 85, of St. Pauls Retirement Community,
died at 10:40 p.m. Saturday in the nursing home. He retired in
1970 after 40 years in mens clothing sales, working at the
former Rasmussens and Spiros clothing stores. He was
born July 7, 1905 in Avilla, and lived in South Bend most of his
life. He is survived by a brother, Amandus of Normal, Ill.; 12
nieces; and 10 nephews. He was a member of St. Patricks
Catholic Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. at the church.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may
call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Thallemer-Goethals
Funeral Home, Mishawaka, wher a parish rosary will be said at
7:30 p.m.
