Richard Allen Urgonski: (South Bend Tribune 4/15/1958)

Richard Allen Urgonski, six-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. William Urgonski, 1710 N. College St., died Sunday in the Muscotatuck State Hospital, North Vernon, Ind., after an illness of five months. He was born in South Bend June 10, 1951. Surviving besides his parents are a brother, Gary, at home, and three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Urgonski and Mrs. Rose Horvath, all of South Bend. Friends may call after 8 p.m. today in the Kaniewski and Son Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Holy Cross Catholic Church with Rev. George J. Welsh, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Memorial Park.
