Thomas Turnock, of El Monte, Calif., a native of South Bend, died Saturday after a brief illness.
He was born in South Bend on Dec. 10, 1910, and left here about 30 years ago. Surviving are his widow, Helen and two sisters, Mrs. Bernard Cushing and Mrs. Ellen Sandusky, both of South Bend.
Mr. Turnock served with the U.S. Air Force during World War II. Services and burial will be in Whittier, Calif., next Wednesday.
