SOUTH BEND - Susie A. Turnock, 94, of Venice, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Saturday in Venice of natural causes. Mrs. Turnock was born July 28, 1900, in Tippecanoe, and lived in South Bend until 1990.

On Feb. 26, 1938, in South Bend, as Susie M. Mickey, she married James J. Turnock. He died Aug. 17, 1991. She is survived by a son, James P. of Venice; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Services were this morning in the chapel of Highland Cemetery. Burial was to follow. Hickey Funeral Home made arrangements.
