Dorothy M. Trumbull, 80, of Olive St., South Bend, died at 10:12 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2003, in her residence. She was born on Nov. 19, 1922, in Logansport, Ind., to the late Bessie (Thompson) and William Biggs. Mrs. Trumbull was also preceded in death by two granddaughters, Michelle and Laura Webster, two grandsons, Jarold Bridges and Nicholas Trumbull, two sisters, Katherine Spoor and Irma Matson and three brothers, Walter, Jimmy and John Biggs. Mrs. Trumbull is survived by three daughters, Joyce (Benny) Bendit of South Bend, Diane (Dennis) Cooper of South Bend, Shari Webster of Niles, Mich.; a son, Elmer (Patricia) Trumbull Jr. of South Bend; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Trumbull of South Bend; a son- in-law, Phillip Webster of Niles, Mich.; eighteen grandchildren, Charles Lee, Tamara Albright, Deborah Vandygriff, James Bridges, Carla Giles, Scott Gast, John Gast, Steven Trumbull, Wanda Badics, John Trumbull, Dawn Trumbull, Megan Trumbull, Tonya Harrel, Jennifer Abraham, Kimberly Long, Ronald Webster, Angela Webster and Darrell Webster; 33 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Trumbull will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7 in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., South Bend. Rev. Ronald Drake of Forestbrook Missionary Church, South Bend, will conduct the services. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, South Bend.
