MISHAWAKA - Joseph Trimboli, 76, of Glendale, Calif., formerly of Mishawaka, died April 21 in his home in Glendale of natural causes.

Mr. Trimboli retired from Occidental College after 26 years of service.

He was born June 29, 1918, in Reggio de Calabria, Plati, Italy, came to the United States in 1934 and moved to the Los Angeles area in 1958.

Surviving are two sisters, Mary Timpani and Margaret Barbaro, both of Los Angeles; a brother, Frank Trimboli of Mishawaka; and several nieces and nephews.

He was a graduate of Mishawaka High School, attended Indiana University, Bloomington, and was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the Philippines.

Burial was April 28 in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Los Angeles.

Chabot Funeral Home, Los Angeles, handled arrangements.
