Sister Godberta CSC, 87, died today in the convent at St. Mary’s College and Academy, following an illness of two years. She was born in 1830 and took her vows in 1877. Her worldly name was Hanora Trehey.

Burial will take place Wednesday in the St. Mary’s Cemetery.
