She grew up in Los Angeles, CA, and received her early education

Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1945, Sister was
a record tester for the RCA Victor Recording Studio.
Sister taught in elementary schools in the West as music director
and private music teacher. She became interested in the problems
of women and developed a Women's Rehab Association in San Mateo.
She then moved to Utah, ministered with and was fundraiser for
Catholic Community Services in Salt Lake City. She came to Saint
Mary's, Notre Dame, IN, where she was director of the Ministry
with the Poor Development Office. Returning to California, Sister
was involved in parish ministry at Saint Bernadette's Parish, Los
Angeles. Health concerns led to her moving to St. Catherine by
the Sea in 2006, and later that year to move to Saint Mary's
Convent, Notre Dame, IN. Sister was active in the Ministry of
Prayer until her death.
