SOUTH BEND - Services for Louis Toth Sr., 72, of Miller Road, who died at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday in his home, will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Guisinger Colonial Chapel. Cremation will take place with entombment in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call one hour before services in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County Inc. or American Cancer Society.

On July 8, 1942, in South Bend, he married Gwendolyn R. Noyer. She survives with three daughters, Marcia E. Batten of Niles, Paulette R. McGinsey of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Jeanette M. Davis of Buchanan; two sons, Louis Jr. of Homestead, Fla., and Douglas E. of South Bend; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Mr. Toth was employed by Capitol Technologies as a machine designer. He was born Aug. 25, 1922, in South Bend.
