Sister M. Bruno Toomey CSC

Sister M. Bruno CSC, 73, a teacher in the parochial schools of the city, died at 9:10 a.m. today in the community infirmary  at St. Mary’s College. She was born as Agnes Toomey in County Limerock, Ireland, April 24, 1873. She received the holy habit in 1897 and was professed in the order in 1903. Surviving are nieces, Sr. M. Movana CSC, of St. Mary’s College, and Sister M. Maureen, of Woodland, Calif.

The requiem high mass will be sung Thursday morning in the Chapel of Immaculate Conception at St. Mary’s. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Community Cemetery at St. Mary’s.
