Sister M. Edana (Alice Mary Tobin) CSC, 79 of Saint Mary’s Convent, died Wednesday in St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend) after a day’s illness with a heart condition. Born in Waterford, Ireland, Jan. 11, 1971, she had been a member of the congregation for 54 years. She was a religious instructor in the convent. There are no survivors.

Requiem services will be held in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception at St. Mary’s early Friday morning. Burial will be at 1 o’clock in the afternoon in the Community Cemetery at St. Mary’s.
