Cathy C. Tirotta, 54, of Colony Drive, Mishawaka, passed away on Monday, February 13th, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

Cathy was born on June 7, 1951, in Mishawaka, and is survived by a daughter, Cristy Tirotta of Indianapolis, IN; a son, Perry Daniel Tirotta of Mishawaka; and three grandchildren, Sara Tirotta Williams, Bailey Tirotta and Sebastian Tirotta. Also surviving are her mother, Arlene (Stanley) Mrozcek of Mishawaka; her father, Julius Siri of South Bend; a sister, Julie Siri of Corona, CA; three brothers, Joseph Siri of Mishawaka, Larry (Wendy) Siri of Placerville, CA, and Rick (Colleen) Siri of Osceola; and five nephews and two nieces.

Cathy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mishawaka. She was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She graduated from Mishawaka High School in 1969. Prior to her longtime illness she was employed by Martin's Bakery in Mishawaka. Cathy was a very courageous woman who will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held in the Hahn Funeral Home on Thursday, February 16th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., with Bishop Michael Wheeler officiating. Hahn Funeral Home is located at 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Visiting Nurses Association, Dr. Juan Garcia and staff, Mark Merrill and staff of Merrill Pharmacy. Gratitude is also expressed to hospice staff, and to the many friends and family for their love and support through this journey.
