Inez V. Thrasher

     Inez V. Thrasher, 93, of the Ridgedale Nursing  Home, died about 8:40
a.m. today in the nursing home.  She was born Jan.  31, 1892, in Grant County,
Ind., and had lived here the last two years, after  coming from Fort Wayne. She
married Albert B. Kimes, who died in 1929. In 1941,  she married Donald K.
Thrasher, who died in 1959. Among six surviving nieces and  nephews are Julia E.
Wilborn of Mishawaka, and Sandra L. Strychalski and Ralph  A. Haisley, both
of South Bend.
      Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m.  Wednesday in Hahn's-DeVos Funeral
Chapel in Mishawaka. Mrs. Thrasher was a  past worthy matron of Eastern Star
chapter 432, the Daughters of the Nile, Teti  Sheri Temple 60, SOOB Chapter 139
and the Ladies of the Shrine, all of Forth  Wayne.
