Theresa R. Thompson, 87, of South Bend, Ind., passed away at 1:10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, in Hospice House. Mrs. Thompson retired in 1978 from the former Simon Brothers where she was employed for 17 years. Theresa was a member of Our Lady of Hungary Church, its St. Anne Society, Sacred Heart & Rosary Society and Harvest House.

Surviving are a nephew, Phil (Sue) Radics of Stevensville, Mich.; a sister-in-law, Elsie Radics of Dowagiac, Mich.; a great-nephew, Christopher Radics; two great-nieces, Lisa Walterhouse and Mary Radics; a great-great-nephew, Thomas Walterhouse; and by a great-great-niece, Stephanie Radics.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Monday in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 S. Kemble Avenue, where a Rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County or to Our Lady of Hungary Church.
