SOUTH BEND - Ora Lee “Red” Thomas, 67, of 918 Royal Vineyard, died at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Hospital of natural causes. Mrs. Thomas was born Aug. 31, 1926, in Evansville, Ind., and lived in South Bend since 1940s.

Her husband, Morris Thomas, preceded her in death. She is survived by a sister, Dora Y. Moore of South Bend; and a brother, Roy A. McCreary of Owensboro, Ky. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the church. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before services in the church. Clark's Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
