Marvin D. Thomas

November 17, 1935 – March 20, 1974

Marvin Dale Thomas, 38, of 606 Howard St, died at 1007pm Wednesday in Memorial Hospital of natural causes.  He was an employee of Ronch-Appleton Co, Inc.

He was born on November 17, 1935, in South Bend, and had lived here all his life.  On December 23, 1961, he married Juanita Davis, who survives, along with three daughters, Stephanie, Andrea and Marvi Zhna, all at home; six brothers, David M. Jr of Massachusetts, Staff Sgt Merlin of Dayton OH, Robert, Richard, Donald and Charles, all of South Bend, and a sister, Mrs. Juanita Henderson of South Bend.

Friends may call after 7pm Friday in the Clark Funeral Chapel.  Services will be held at 10am Saturday in St Joseph’s Catholic Church.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.  Mr. Thomas was a member of St Augustine Catholic Church and a Korean War veteran
