Mrs. Catherine Tebo

August 13, 1894 – December 21, 1976

Mrs. Catherine J. Tebo, 82, of 23247 W. Edison, died at 10:45pm Tuesday in South Bend Convalescent Center after a lengthy illness. 

She was born on August 13, 1894, and lived here all her life.  On November 23, 1912, she married Frank E. Tebo.  He died in 1965.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Anderson; a son, Harold R., both of South Bend; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and two brothers, Harold Forster of Knox and Herbert Forster of Plymouth.

Services will be at 10am Friday in the Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home, 336 N. Main.  Rev. Kenneth H. Mendenhall, pastor of the United Pentecostal Church, and Rev. Freeman A. Whetstone of Stuart Memorial Baptist Church, will officiate.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Thursday in the funeral home.
