Mr. Johnny Edward Taylor, 23, of North Linden Street, departed this life on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2001. On Oct. 4, 1978, Johnny was born to Johnny E. Brown and Veronica Taylor, in South Bend, Ind. He was a lifetime resident of South Bend.

He leaves to cherish his memory five daughters, Jahnesha and Jameeka Thompson, Johsonnie Taylor, Alexia Umble and Nikeisha Phillips, all of South Bend; one son, Johnnie Edward Taylor III of South Bend; his parents, Johnny E. (Lisa) Brown and Veronica Taylor of South Bend; paternal grandmother, Cozetter Brown of San Fernando, Calif.; two sisters, Leticia Taylor of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Tamaka Love of South Bend; two brothers, Tavaris Brown and Anthony McBride of South Bend.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, Dec. 27, in Alford's Mortuary, followed by interment at Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
