SOUTH BEND - Julia (Piller) Strebinger, 80, of Dover Drive, died at 3 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mrs. Strebinger was born Dec. 31, 1914, in South Bend.

On July 3, 1939, in South Bend, as Julia Piller, she married Joseph Strebinger. He died June 18, 1984. She is survived by two sisters, Katherine Arch of South Bend and Joan Arch of Jacksonville, Tenn.; a brother, Franz Piller of Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Zahoran Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home, where a rosary will be said at 3 p.m. by Sacred Heart and Rosary Society of Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the church repair fund.
