Harold D. Strasser

Harold D. Strasser, 76, of Placentia, Calif., passed away on Thursday, April 29, in Anaheim Hospital in Anaheim, Calif. Harold was born on March 4, 1923 in White County. He serviced in the U. S. Navy and was discharged in 1946.

He lived in South Bend, Ind. from 1927-1961 and then moved to California, where he owned and operated a Shell Service Station. He was a 32nd Degree Mason at Azure Lodge in Fullerton, Calif.

After moving to California he married Nancy Ramsey.

Harold is survived by two sons, James of Fullerton and Robert of Idaho; four daughters, Janice, Victoria, Molly and JoAnn, all from California; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five brothers, Paul of South Bend, Art of Florida, Harry Frank of Oregon, Clay (deceased) of South Bend, and Wayne of South Bend; and by five sisters, Thelma, Maxine and Ruth, all of South Bend, Mary of Lakeville and Gladys of Placentia.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 15 in Northway Church of Christ on Auten Road, South Bend.
