WALKERTON - Gwendolyn R. Stokes, 78, died at 8:36 a.m. Sunday in Miller's Merry Manor, Walkerton. She is survived by two sons, Jim (Peggy) Stokes of Granger and Timothy Stokes of Kingsland, GA; four grandchildren; and by two brothers, Leonard (Marilyn) Ness of Galion, OH, and Melvin (Marilyn) Ness of Alabama. A private service will be held with burial at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, is handling arrangements.
