James Frederick Stockbarger
James Frederick Stockbarger aged seven, of
920 South Meridian street, died at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in St.
Joseph hospital. He had been ill two weeks. The child
was born March 4, 1936, in Mishawaka. Surviving are his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stockbarger; one brother, Maxwell, of
Mishawaka, and his grandmothers, Mrs. Sadie Bickel and
Mrs. Mildred Eckart, both of Mishawaka. James was a
student in the second grade of St. Joseph’s school. Friends
may call at the Thallemer funeral home after 7 p.m. today until
the funeral services at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph’s
Roman Catholic church. Rev. George Lauer, pastor, will
officiate and burial will be in Fairview Catholic cemetery.
