SOUTH BEND - Carillon Ann Stivers, 60, of East Madison Street, died at 7:38 a.m. Saturday in her home after an illness. Mrs. Stivers had been office manager for Dr. Donald T. Olson. She was born Feb. 17, 1936, in Muncie, Ind., coming here in 1959 from Lafayette, Ind.

In 1957, in Lafayette, she married Alonzo Stivers. He survives with a daughter, Vicki Staup of Palatine, Ill.; a son, Philip Todd of Warner Robins, Ga.; her mother, Mildred Knott of Augusta, Ga.; a sister, Marylee Koza of Granger; and a brother, Wiley Knott of Augusta. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 1, Purdue School of Consumer and Family Sciences Alumni and Michiana Medical Office Management Association.

Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Friday in Harris Prairie Church of Christ. Cremation will take place. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County or American Cancer Society. Welsheimer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
