Bobby Jo "Bob" Stewart, 66,
of Milburn Blvd, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 5:15 p.m. on
Wednesday evening, April 18, in Hospice House, South Bend, Ind.
Mr. Stewart was born on July 12, 1934, in Paducah, Ky., as the
son of the late Fred Allen and Mary Louise (Cook) Stewart.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Sarah F. Proud.
Mr. Stewart is survived by two sisters, Verdonna M. Proud and
Vivian "Susie" Linn, both of Niles, Mich.; three
brothers, James Stewart, Larry Stewart and Jerry Stewart, all of
Niles; one stepdaughter, Bridgette Camillo of Pompano,
Fla.; his companion of 15 years, Simone Berta; and by
several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Stewart was a machinist for Superior
Tool & Die in South Bend before his retirement. Bob was a
United States Marine Corps veteran, serving in the Korean War,
was an avid golfer, and loved to travel with his friends.
There will be no services or visitation as
this was Bob's request. Memorial contributions may be made to
Hospice House of St. Joseph County, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South
Bend, IN 46637. The Hahn Funeral Home, 505 West 8th Street,
Mishawaka, is in charge of handling arrangements.
