Mrs. Regina C. Stachowiak

September 7, 1887 - October 28, 1970

Mrs Regina C. Stachowiak, 83, of 40405 Southview Lane, died at 7:30am today in Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Born September 7, 1887, in South Bend, she resided here all her life.  On June 18, 1906, as Regina Palicki, she was married to Joseph Stachowiak, who died in 1948.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Henrietta Nafradi, of South Bend; a granddaughter, and four great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7 to 9pm Thursday and 2 to 9pm Friday in the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home.  Services will be held at 9:30am Saturday in St Hedwig's Catholic Church, with Rev. John J. Jakubielski, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.  A parish rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Friday in the funeral home.

Friends may call from 7 to 9pm today and from 2 to 9pm Friday in the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home where a parish rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Friday.  Mrs. Stachowiak's survivors include a granddaughter, Mrs. Bernard Ferro of South Bend.
