SOUTH BEND - Ann L. Snyder, 73, of 515 E. Monroe St., died at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Transitional Health Services of South Bend after an illness. Mrs. Snyder retired in 1983 from Kmart. She was born Oct. 9, 1921, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.
She is survived by a daughter, Suzanne Wallin of South Bend; four grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and three sisters, Mary Lucas and Pauline Yondl, both of South Bend, and Evelyn Nau of Hammond.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
