SOUTH BEND - Therisa M. Smith, 54, of South Bend entered Eternal Life on Tuesday December 20, 2009 at 11:42 p.m. in her residence after an apparent heart attack. Therisa was born January 29, 1955, to Robert M. Dunn and Lenora Finch in South Bend, IN, both whom preceded her in death. She resided in South Bend all her life and was a wonderful homemaker and loving mother. Therisa is survived by a daughter, Dawn M. Myers of Cliffton, TN; and a son, Michael Smith of Jackson, TN. She is also survived by a sister, Mary S. Alson of Kalamazoo, MI; and two brothers, Bobby E. Dunn of South Bend and Donald J. Dunn of Osceola, IN. She was a proud grandmother of four grandchildren whom she loved and cherished. Services and burial will take place in Savannah, TN. The HANLEY and Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home handled local arrangements and extend its deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to the Smith Family.
