SOUTH BEND - Services for Justice M. Smith Sr., 86, of 2509 Frederickson St., who died at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday in Meridian Nursing Center-Cardinal, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Alford's Mortuary.

Mr. Justice retired from the former Block Brothers Jewelry. He was born Feb. 27, 1909, in Helena, Miss., and lived in South Bend for 69 years. He is survived by five daughters, Etta J. Johnson of Palos Hills, Ill., Diatra Stearn of Paicoma, Calif., and Edna Dawuda, Lisa Holley and Cheryl Wilder, all of South Bend; three sons, Justice Jr. of Lafayette, Ind., and Devon and Garland, both of South Bend; a stepdaughter, Karen Hubbard of Chicago; 55 grandchildren; 110 great-grandchildren; 40 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Hazel Kelly of Earle, Ark. Three daughters and a son preceded in death.
