MISHAWAKA - Flossie Mildred Smith, 95, of Alabama Street, died at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday in her home. Mrs. Smith was born July 15, 1900, in Pierceton, and lived in Mishawaka most of her life.

On Nov. 19, 1918, in Bremen, as Flossie M. Daugherty, she married Harvey O. Smith. He died in 1984. She is survived by two daughters, Rana Steiner of Mishawaka and Sally Kesler of South Bend; two sons, Robert of Mishawaka and Richard of Churubusco, Ind.; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. A son, Donald, died in 1978.
