Osceola - Mrs. Beulah M. Smith, 82, of 12785 E. McKinley, died at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday in Osteopathic Hospital, South Bend, after a brief illness.
She was born in Marshall County on Jan. 27, 1899, and remained a lifelong resident of the area. She was the widow of Chester Smith.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Beverly Kuntz of Mishawaka and Mrs. Robert (Betty) Buck of Summit Hill, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Viola Townsend of Iowa; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Jehovahs Witness congregation of Mishawaka.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Warner Funeral Home, Osceola.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Warner Funeral Home for Mrs. Beulah M. Smith, 82, of 12785 E. McKinley, died Tuesday in Osteopathic Hospital, South Bend, after a brief illness.
Harold Yike of the Jehovahs Witnesses will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
