SOUTH BEND--Betty Ruth Skees, 80, of Goodland Avenue, died Wednesday in her home.

Survivors include two daughters, Peggy Szymanski and Sharon Bates, both of South Bend; and two sons, Michael of South Bend and Don of Chillicothe, Ohio.

Services will be at noon Saturday in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
