SOUTH BEND — Rudolph O. Singler, 85, of Regency Place, died Sunday in Regency Place. Survivors include a stepson, Robert Singler of Three Rivers; and four sisters, Lillian Lipetska, Marie Hutton and Hildegarde Singler, both of South Bend, and Catherine Raab of Mishawaka. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. January 29 in St. Matthew Cathedral. There will be no visitation. Kaniewski Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
