SOUTH BEND--Alta L. Singler, 87, of Kern Road, died Dec. 26 in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include a daughter, Judy Harris of Calif.; a son, Bill of South Bend; and a brother, Eugene Snyder of Florida. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William Street, is handling arrangements.
