SOUTH BEND - Milfred Roy Simpson, 91, of Park Jefferson Apartments, died Monday in Cardinal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Survivors include his wife, Clara (Wentland). Private services will be held Thursday. There will be no visitation. Palmer Funeral Home, South Bend, is handling the arrangements.
