Harold M. Simpson

MISHAWAKA - Harold M. Simpson, 87, of Countryside Place, formerly of East Fourth Street, died at 10 p.m. Sunday in the nursing home. Mr. Simpson retired in 1971 from Uniroyal Plastics Co. after 41 years of service. He was born March 16, 1906, in Perry County, Ind., and lived in Mishawaka since 1920, coming from Perry County. On May 20, 1933, in Osceola, he married Ruth E. Gilmer. She survives with two sons, Charles M. of Osceola and Donald L. of South Bend; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were today in the chapel of St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Burial will be follow. There will be no visitation. Bubb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
