SOUTH BEND - Barbara J. Shoemaker, 77, passed away May 19, 2010, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Barbara is survived by daughter, Debra Rexroad of South Bend; son, Dale Shoemaker of St. Joseph, MI; grandchildren, Susan, Carrie and Michael Shoemaker; and sisters, Lois, Oma, Betty, Brenda & Rita. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, in the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend. Friends may visit with the family from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
